Each piece made by Alouette is individual - no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Requests for specific colours and likes and charms (ie: ballerinas) can be accommodated but ordered pieces may differ very slightly from the website photographs.

Alouette has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the jewellery. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of the colours will be accurate.

Alouette reserves the right to modify any product on the website. As stones are individually sourced, availability of exact stones in the photographs may not be possible at any given time.

As each piece is individually made, time is needed handmake your order. Orders can take up to 2 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If you require an urgent order, please contact Alouette directly via phone or email. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requirements.

RETURNS:

Alouette is committed to ensuring their customers are always satisfied with their products. Returns are permitted within 14 days of receipt for a credit on future purchases. Returns for personalised pieces is not accepted. Re-sizing is available at a nominal fee.
